DEBRIEFING AND RE-ENTRY

Debriefing Circle
In the debriefing process you're invited to
REFLECT, LOOK DEEPER
and
DISCOVER NEW PERSPECTIVES
with Jesus,
so that you can continue your journey with renewed strength.

We support you through debriefing, re-entry, and pastoral care.

What is debriefing, actually?

Debriefing is a confidential setting where we come together to reflect on a specific period or event that you would like to talk about.
It can help you gain a clearer understanding of your experience so you are able to broaden your choices and make life-giving changes.
We will listen attentively, aiming to understand your thoughts and emotions without judgment.

Debriefing, as well as coaching, is an essential part of our re-entry process.

Note: In addition to scheduled debriefing sessions, we also offer spontaneous one-on-one conversations during your stay at Haltepunkt.

Sometimes the need for a conversation arises during the rest period — and we want to be available for you in those moments.
Feel free to talk to us about it.

Individual Debriefing

In addition to your stay with us,
you can book a personalized debriefing.

You decide how many sessions you would like to take.

Re-entry

A successful re-entry begins with a good farewell — and that means more than just leaving a place or a role.

It is a conscious, respectful, and positive process that includes not only physical but also emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions of saying goodbye.

Especially in international work contexts, during overseas assignments, or transitions between organizations, a healthy farewell plays a crucial role.
A good goodbye is key to reintegration into a once-familiar home that may now feel unfamiliar.

We support you in this process —

even while you’re still on the mission field.

A typical process may look like this,

but it can be tailored to your needs.
