What is debriefing, actually?
Debriefing is a confidential setting where we come together to reflect on a specific period or event, that you would like to talk about.
It can help you gain a clearer understanding of your experience, so you are able to broaden your choices and make life-giving changes.
We will listen attentively, aiming to understand your thoughts and emotions without judgment.
Debriefing, as well as Coaching, is an essential part of our Re-Entry process.
Note: In addition to scheduled debriefing sessions, we also offer spontaneous one-on-one conversations during your stay at Haltepunkt.
Sometimes the need for a conversation arises during the resting period — and we want to be available for you in those moments.

Re-entry
A successful Re-entry begins with a good farewell — and that means more than just leaving a place or a role.
It is a conscious, respectful and positive process, that includes not only physical, but also emotional, social and spiritual dimensions of saying goodbye.
Especially in international work contexts, during overseas assignments, or transitions between organizations, a healthy farewell plays a crucial role.
A well-processed goodbye is key to reintegration into a once-familiar home, that may now feel unfamiliar.
We support you in this process —
